Artist Frida Kahlo has a life story that comes alive in her symbolic self-portraits. She loved painting them; in fact, 55 of our her 143 paintings are about her life. One of these works titled Fulang-Chang and I feature her pet monkey.
Although Frida is no longer with us, she and her monkey have reunited in the form of two enamel pins. Created by The Unemployed Philosophers Guild, the set features a portrait of Frida wearing her signature floral headpiece as well as the creature in action. You can wear them together or mix and match them with other pins. We think that Frida and van Gogh look great together!
