Domestic Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We sincerely hope that you love everything you order from us and your happiness is our number one priority. If you purchase anything from us that you don't absolutely love or is damaged, you may return it within 14 days from the date you've received it for a refund or store credit. We cannot accept returns more than 14 days after you've received it.
Holiday Return Policy:
For the holiday season, we are extending our 14-day return window. Items purchased as a gift from November 15 will have their return policy extended to January 8.
For returns, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it and in the original packaging if applicable.
To return your order, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will begin processing your return. You will receive a return label. Once we receive the returned item, we will email you to let you know and whether or not we approve your refund. If approved, the money paid will be credited back to your original payment method. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
For exchanges, if approved, store credit will be provided to you.
International Returns and Refunds
We are unable to offer return postage to our international customers. If you receive your item and don't fall in love with it, you can send it back to us at your expense for a refund. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, please email email@example.com.
Digital Course Refunds
We sincerely hope that you love and enjoy each course that you enroll in as your artistic growth is our priority. If you purchase a course from us that you don't absolutely love, you may request a refund for it within 24 (twenty four) hours from the time of purchase. We cannot accept refund requests more than 24 (twenty four) hours after you purchase a course, due to the nature of it being a digital product.
If your purchase has not reached your expectations, you may request a refund via email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will begin processing your request. It is important that you provide us with the following:
- The email connected to your My Modern Met Academy profile.
- The Order ID you would like to get a refund from.
- The reason why you are requesting a refund from this course.
- Less than 50% of the course must be viewed to qualify for a refund.
This will ensure that we process your request as quickly as possible, without delays or errors.
We would like to remind you that you may also request to change courses, within the 24 (twenty four) hour time period and less than 50% viewed, as mentioned above. We limit one change per student. If your course has not reached your expectations, you can request a change in course via email email@example.com.
