Domestic Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We sincerely hope that you love everything you order from us and your happiness is our number one priority. If you purchase anything from us that you don't absolutely love or is damaged, you may return it within 14 days from the date you've received it for a refund or store credit. We cannot accept returns more than 14 days after you've received it.
Holiday Return Policy:
For the holiday season, we are extending our 14-day return window. Items purchased as a gift from November 15 will have their return policy extended to January 8.
For returns, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it and in the original packaging if applicable.
To return your order, email email@example.com and we will begin processing your return. You will receive a return label. Once we receive the returned item, we will email you to let you know and whether or not we approve your refund. If approved, the money paid will be credited back to your original payment method. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
For exchanges, if approved, store credit will be provided to you.
International Returns and Refunds
We are unable to offer return postage to our international customers. If you receive your item and don't fall in love with it, you can send it back to us at your expense for a refund.
