Dutch painter Piet Mondrian was a pioneer of abstract art. His works are so famous that even if you're unfamiliar with art, you’ve likely seen his colorful compositions before. Known for his structured paintings of geometric elements and a few colors, they’ve been influential in the art and design worlds since their inception.
Nia Gould of Niaski has imagined Mondrian’s Composition II in Red, Blue, and Yellow as a window with a kitty sitting in it. The delightful scene takes the form of an enamel pin she calls Meowdrian. Stick this pin on your lapel or backpack to show the world that you’re not only a lover of great art but cats, too.
Details
